Why did you choose to attend Brock?
I chose to attend Brock because of the opportunity for both athletic and academic success. I wanted to take Kinesiology at a school which had a good reputation for that program but did not want to go to a large university. The volleyball team had just been taken over by a new coach and I knew I would have the chance to make an immediate impact as well as be part of the rebuilding process for the program.
How long have you played volleyball? I have played volleyball since I was 10. I started playing club volleyball in grade 9 and beach volleyball in grade 10.
What got you started in volleyball? My older sister played so her interest in the sport got me into it as well. I also had teachers who recognized my height and suggested I try out the sport.
Highlight of your volleyball career?

Highlight of your volleyball career?
2010 Breast Cancer Awareness game with the Brock Badgers. It was also senior night, the gym was packed and I had tons of friends and family there. We also beat Mac (our rival) for the first time in a few years.
What do you enjoy about coaching?
What do you enjoy about coaching?
I love still being able to be a part of the game. As a 5 year athlete, volleyball was a huge part of my university experience and I couldn't imagine still being at Brock and not involved. It also gave me the opportunity to pass on everything I have learned over the years to the younger players and help them make the transition to the university level.
Who is your role model?

My parents. They have supported me in everything I have done thus far. They are at every game, wearing their Badger gear proudly and have given me every opportunity to succeed.
